Flypay announces partnership with Bookatable
The partnership will allow Bookatable to integrate with Flyt.
Bookatable by Michelin announced its partnership with Flypay and its new Flyt platform; enabling restaurants to get a more accurate read on how quickly diners eat in a restaurant, so queues can be managed better.
Bookatable’s cloud technology helps restaurants manage their bookings and restaurant floor, and to successfully fill tables when needed, delivering more than 2.5 million diners each month to its restaurant customers from online reservations. The collaboration will unlock new opportunities for Bookatable to anticipate and meet the growing technology demands of today’s restaurant operators.
Through its initial integration with Flyt, Bookatable will be able to integrate with existing restaurant EPOS systems to give the restaurant end-to-end insight into each customer’s journey, from making a booking, waiting to be seated, to serving of food and paying the bill. The technology will enable front of house teams to monitor when tables will become available – therefore increasing table turns and maximising covers.
