Chop'd plans to use 100% recycled salad bowls in 2019
This is part of their initiative to reduce plastic waste.
Chop’d has announced that they will be using 100% recycled plastic salad bowls next month.
The chain says that they have worked with their manufacturers in Cambridgeshire to further push the bowls’ recycled content.
They also mentioned that the introduction of their keepie salad bowl last March have allowed them to save over 150,000 plastic bowls. They are also offering their keepie cup for every customer’s first purchase of coffee.
Chop’d is a healthy chain offering ranges of salads, soups, wraps and stews and features a build-your-own salad bar.
