Coco di Mama opts for canned water in sustainability move

The Italian-inspired chain said the initiative would save 180,000 plastic bottles per year.

Coco di Mama decided to remove all plastic water bottles from its shelves, offering CanO Water’s canned water instead.

The aluminium canned water is recyclable and made from 60% recycled content. It is available in multiple sizes of still and sparkling variants.

The Italian-inspired chain said its move to eliminate plastic water bottles would save 180,000 plastic bottles per year.

Coco di Mama is also offering free water refills across its 28 stores.
