Caffè Nero to launch first ever classical concert at the airport.
Taking place at the Caffè Nero in Terminal 2 on December 14th and 28th, the coffee shop chain will be launching the airport's first classical concerts, as part of their ongoing music programme.
The chosen artist is the virtuoso pianist and composer GéNIA, who is also the coffee chain's classical artist of the month. She will be launching her new EP 'Dreams of Today, Thoughts of Tomorrow Volume 2' at the concerts, as well as performing a selection of famous classical works by composers such as Chopin and Liszt.
Speaking of the upcoming performances, GéNIA says "It was a long time tradition in Europe to have Café Concertos which contributed to the development of culture and I would very much like to bring this back to the UK in the 21st century. Heathrow is one of the best places to start, as it will make travellers' waiting experience so much more enjoyable".
