
Greggs to reopen 800 UK branches on 18 June
150 will be franchises.
Greggs announced it will reopen 800 of its UK on 18 June, with the remaining 1,250 by 1 July.
Whilst there is no detail on which stores will open, the bakery chain said that 150 will be franchises.
The shops are expected to have a limited menu and new safety measures, including one-way systems with only four customers allowed inside at any one time.
More reopenings announced
Pret A Manger also confirmed that all ten of its Veggie Pret stores will open this week for takeaway. It will launch delivery for the first time this week in partnership with Deliveroo.
Pizza Express said it would reopen 13 sites across London to offer delivery services. Homeslice, another pizza chain, is selling its Take & Bake pizzas from our website or via takeaway in their Marylebone restaurant.
