
Sugoi JPN to have seven dark kitchens by March
Its Under One Kitchen project aims to support fellow hospitality brands amidst the pandemic.
Sugoi JPN will have seven dark or delivery-only kitchens by March as part of their Under One Kitchen project, the company revealed in an update.
The project allows both established businesses and startups to work alongside each other, but as distinct businesses, to cut on costs.
The kitchens feature Sugoi JPN’s fusion of Japanese and Latin American food, Venezuela-inspired “fill-it-yourself” arepas from Arepita Sliders amongst others.
