Leon Talk About Their Transport Hub Expansion Plans

Following the opening of their newest outlet at London's Stansted Airport, we spoke with Leon to learn more about their plans for transport location expansion. Here's what they had to say:

QSR: Will you be looking to expand into more transport locations going forward?

Leon: We will be opening a Leon at Euston Station in the coming months, at the moment it's looking like a March opening. We are keen to expand in transport hubs. We want everybody to be able to eat good food, even when they're far away from their kitchens. We think people travelling should have access to naturally fast food, not just fatty fast food.

QSR: Did the menu need to be changed at all in light of the (Stansted) location?

Leon: Stansted has the exact same menu as our non-transport hub sites

QSR: You are working with HMS Host, the food service company, at Stansted. Have you worked with them before?

Leon: We have worked with HMS closely for some time- we have sites with them in Kings Cross Station, Heathrow T2, Heathrow T3, East Midlands Airport and Eurotunnel.
