Bread Ahead to open fourth site at Wembley Park
It will be their biggest site to date.
Independent bakery and baking school Bread Ahead is opening its fourth site at Wembley Park.
The 11,000 square foot venue is set to open in the autumn and will feature a 220-cover restaurant, deli, baking school and wholesale bakery.
The menu will include breakfast options such as warm ham and cheese croissants, new sourdough pizzas, roast chicken, and new desserts such as banana split, baked vanilla cheesecake and Black Forest Gateau.
“Because of the stimulating spectrum of new retail and leisure planned at Wembley Park, a Bread Ahead in this location was an obvious choice. We firmly believe a bakery forms an essential part of a community, even in a modern metropolis,” founder Matt Jones said.
Bread Ahead first opened its doors in Borough last 2013, which was joined by a bakery school a year later. It has since grown with additional branches in Chelsea and Soho.
