Carluccio's trialling formal dining and experimental menu: report
The Italian chain is said to be embracing vegan options.
Carluccio’s is revitalising its offering in south west London as part of its £10 million refurbishment programme.

Carluccio’s is said to be aiming to perfect this by June before rolling it out across the UK over the next two years, with the company planning to spend up to £400,000 per site.
