Friska to open eleventh outlet on Queen Square

The new store will takeover Caffe Gusto’s previous site.

Friska will open its eleventh store in mid-June located at Queen Square.

The new outlet, which has up to 34 covers, will serve Friska classics such as House Bacon, Mushroom toasties, healthy poached egg pots, signature hotboxes, burritos and hot wraps.

“It’s an awesome spot on the corner with plenty of people living and working in the area looking for good, fresh food and great coffee served speedily by great people. We’re joining several other brilliant businesses in the area and we look forward to adding to the growing food and coffee offer around Queen Square and the harbourside,” Friska founder Griff Holland said.

The new opening will join Friska’s seven existing stores in Bristol and three in Manchester.
