Gaucho to make Glasgow debut

This follows nationwide expansion from the brand.

Argentinian restaurant chain Gaucho is set to open its new restaurant in Glasgow’s West Nile Street next month. 

The interior is expected to intertwine “the spirited city of Buenos Aires, the distinctive wild Argentinian planes, and the urban landscape of Glasgow,” an announcement said.

Committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2030, the interior will also reflect Gaucho’s sustainability mission.

"We’re excited to be opening a brand new site in the wonderful city of Glasgow, in March 2022,” a separate statement on Gaucho's website read. "Our new restaurant is situated just a stone’s throw from central station, right in the heart of all the action."
