
HOP Vietnamese to open new flagship store in London
This marks as the chain’s fifth site.
HOP Vietnamese has announced that they will be launching a new flagship concept in The Leadenhall Building on December 4.
The site will serve offerings such as breakfast and lunch options, coffee, small plates as well as cocktails in the evening. Their new breakfast menu includes bahn mi baguettes, coconut porridge, congee, egg pots, coffee from the coffee chain Taylor St Baristas and Vietnamese drip and iced coffees.
The Vietnamese chain will also have a new evening menu that features chicken wings, vegetable gyoza, steamed bao buns, pumpkin croquette, chicken satay and cocktails that is said to have an Asian twist.
They will also introduce a new look with two levels of seating, a golden HOP sign, light boxes with vintage Vietnamese posters and neon signs. Walls and units will also see a floral print wallpaper.
