Megan’s expecting to have 22 sites by end-2022
The chain appointed two new directors to support their future growth plans.
Megan’s said it is expecting to have a total of 22 sites by the end of 2022.
Slated openings will take the business to 16 locations by the end of 2021, employing a total of 750 team members. Their new site pipeline includes Dulwich Village, Richmond and Marlow.
The chain recently appointed Christobell Harrington-Jones, formerly of Wagamama and Mitchells & Butlers, as their operations director. Adam Truelove, former head of people at Cote Brasserie, was named their people director.
The restaurant group is recruiting a further 100 team members, with roles across the estate and in their support office.
“With such a talented team in place we are excited to be expanding the Megan’s quality cafes to more local neighbourhoods over the ensuing months,” chairman Rod McKie said.
