Paddy & Scott's Cafe to take over food and beverage operations for The University of Suffolk

They also have plans to create a barista training centre on site.

Paddy & Scott's Cafe is set to take over the food and beverage operations for The University of Suffolk this month, the company has announced.

The coffee company says it will undertake a “complete overhaul” of the university’s 40-plus range of food and beverage outlets.

Paddy & Scott's also plans to create a barista training centre on site, which will be extended to students.

“Our aim is to launch a programme that gives students a stepping stone into the industry, but also highlight how much hard work and love goes into each and every cup of coffee,” explains Jon Reed, brand director at Paddy & Scott's.
