Plant-based eatery Kojo to launch second site in Liverpool

The concept is launched by Nobu London Portman Square executive chef Michael Paul and nutritional therapist Alina Gromova-Jones.

Plant-based eatery Kojo is set to open a grab-and-go site in London’s Liverpool Street this month.

The new Devonshire Square site is the second location for the brand, but the first to-go concept. Future KOJO TO GO stores will  all focus on fresh food on the go, the company said.

The concept, founded by Nobu London Portman Square executive chef Michael Paul and nutritional therapist Alina Gromova-Jones, opened its flagship Hampstead site in December.
