Soho-based bakery Cutter & Squidge to open pop-up in Victoria
They will offer a limited-edition Royal Biskie to celebrate the shop’s opening.
Soho-based bakery Cutter & Squidge continues to expand southwards with an upcoming opening in Victoria.
The pop-up bakery is slated to open by the end of August at Buckingham Palace Road.
Founded by sisters Annabel and Emily Lui, Cutter & Squidge opened its first brick and mortar store in 2015 in Brewer Street after finding success with its first market stall in 2013.
The announcement follows the chain’s opening of a second permanent site in the City’s Royal Exchange building in February this year.
The bakery will offer a limited-edition Royal Biskie - a cross between a cookie and cake - to celebrate the shop’s opening.
