British Game Alliance launches 12 new products

It has been working to bring these new products to market “over the next few months”.

The British Game Alliance (BGA) announced the launch of twelve new products developed with development chefs.

The BGA looks to attract a new audience to game by showcasing it in convenient new formats, and price points, previously unavailable on a scalable model for foodservice, wholesalers, retailers, businesses, and consumers.

The new commercial products include: Hunters Ham, Gamekeepers Pie, Mixed Game Terrine, Partridge & Pear Terrine, Pheasant Burger, Pheasant Goujons, Pheasant Meatballs, Pheasant Sausage, Pheasant Sausage Roll, Game Suet Pudding, Pulled Pheasant and Game Rillettes.

The created recipes, BGA says, have been created to bring delicious dishes to the table, as well as effortlessly creating a healthier diet. Pheasant, for example, contains approximately a third more protein than chicken and has a third less cholesterol.

The BGA says it has been working to bring these new products to market “over the next few months” through contracts with retailers, wholesalers, foodservice, outlets and distributors.
