Burger & Lobster posts £2.5m net assets for FY ending 2 January

It also registered an EBITDA of £1.8m.

Burger & Lobster registered a £2.5m of net assets for the period ending 2 January whilst the EBITDA was at  £1.8m during the period.

In its financial highlights, the restaurant said the week-on-week sales continue to grow.

“This comes just as the brand has temporarily closed their iconic Soho restaurant for refurbishment. A further programme of site investment is planned for early next year,” read the statement.

The brand also expanded its menu through partnerships with Max Halley, James Cochran and, launching later this month, Tom Brown of Michelin-starred Cornerstone. 

Dino Sura, Managing Director of Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group, said, “Whilst we remain cautious in the short term as we navigate through the cost of living and financial crisis, we are confident that our continued commitment.”
