Restaurant chain, Burger & Sauce, which opened during the pandemic, shared its challenges and opportunities to optimise its services for customers, who demand high-quality products.
This was shared by Anthony Round, head of Burger & Sauce franchise, at the QSR Media UK Conference & Awards, which ran on 28 June 2022 at the Waldorf Hilton, London.
“As Burger & Sauce set up its first restaurant during the Pandemic, we have experienced some pretty tough trading times! However, despite the challenges, we found ways to succeed and grow our franchise. Our reliance on technology to make our team’s jobs much easier is just one aspect of our approach that I was able to share during the informative panel discussion,” said Round.
