Chopstix Group commences Yangtze expansion

The Chopstix Group announced a new addition to its premium, quick service, pan Asian restaurant brand YANGTZE with the official opening of a new outlet in Dartford.
The new Bluewater restaurant represents the first new store opening by the company, which purchased the Yangtze brand in late 2017, and showcases its updated branding. Since the acquisition, the owners have further invested in the brand and a new store design, interiors scheme, state of the art digital technology.
Jon Lake, managing director of the Chopstix Group, said, “With its popularity reflected in consistently high footfall, Bluewater provides the ideal platform from which introduce Yangtze to a wider audience. Yangtze is undeniably a premium brand which offers an authentic, flavourful, pan Asian inspired menu with broad consumer appeal and we firmly believe there is potential for further growth.”
Offering a wide-ranging menu of freshly cooked, Asian themed meals, Yangtze now operates ten restaurants across the UK and Ireland, all of which are located within shopping centres including Birmingham’s Merryhill Centre and the Meadowhall Centre in Sheffield.
