Thai fast food concept Tuk Shop pop-up closes

The site, located on Shaftesbury Avenue, reverted as a LEON store.

Tuk Shop, a recently-launched Thai fast food concept owned by LEON has closed down its pop-up store on Shaftesbury Avenue after and is being reopened as one of the latter’s standard stores.

“Tuk Shop, our Thai Fast Food pop up, will be popping up again soon at another central London location,” Rebecca Di Mambro, head of marketing at LEON, told QSR Media.

“Our plan has always been, and still is, to roll out our Tuk Shop concept once it’s ready. Keeping it as a pop up for now will allow us to be dynamic as the menu evolves and we learn what works and what doesn’t. We’ll let you know when we announce our next location.”
