Boost hits 30 UK stores
Over the next six weeks, Boost Juice Bars will expand to 30 locations as it opens new stores in Southampton, Reading, Manchester, Cambridge, London and Glasgow.
CEO Richard O’Sullivan said, “The significant shift that’s happened over the last few years towards healthier choices in Food and Beverage, coupled with our constant focus on new product development and our “best in class” ambitions, sees Boost well positioned for the continued double digit LFL growth it’s enjoyed over the last few years.”
Although normally recognised as a Franchise model, all the UK stores are solely owned and operated Boost Juice Bars UK, with the company having received over £3m of investment for accelerated expansion, from The Business Growth Fund, since December 2012.
Based near Manchester, Boost Juice Bars employ nearly 400 people across the UK and will see it’s sales exceed £12m over the next 12 months.
