Copper opens fourth Nottinghamshire store
The bistro chain’s upcoming site occupies a 19th century-styled establishment.
Great Northern Group-owned Copper has recently opened its fourth Nottinghamshire store in Bingham town.
Located in 18a Market Place, the new store occupies a 19th century styled-establishment with valued fit out works of approximately £500k.
Commercial property associate Liam Wilkinson of Fraser Brown Solicitors had negotiated a 20-year lease for the bistro chain.
“The Bingham venue is very spacious and light, offering a superb function room facility upstairs. There is also an opportunity to develop the outside seating area at the front – which come summer, will be a great spot to have a drink and watch the world go by,” Great Northern Group said in a statement.
The new bistro site offers breakfast and evening menus, as well as cocktails like Caramel Appletini and Bakewell Sour.
Copper is also located in Nottinghamshire's city centre, Mapperley and West Bridgford.
