Kickstarting their European presence, Din Tai Fung has announced that they will open their first site in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Their London flagship restaurant span across two levels and is expected to seat up to 250 customers. Their signature offerings - including the known Xiao Long Bao (steamed pork) dumplings, Steamed Chicken Soup, and other Taiwanese staples - are confimed to be part of their menu.
Din Tai Fung says their open-concept kitchen will be a "focal point" of the restaurant, allowing guests to experience the team of expert cooks. The global brand is also set to open its secondary UK location in London’s Centre Point in early 2019.
