Eric's Fish And Chips to unveil third site in Norfolk
The new outlet will be a 30-cover licensed restaurant and takeaway.
Eric’s Fish And Chips will open a third site in Holt, Norfolk on 27 June, following the launch of its Cambridgeshire store.
The new outlet will be a 30-cover licensed restaurant and takeaway serving its signature classic fish and chips. It will feature a coastal colourway of blues and greens offset by accents of traffic orange and warm brass that aim to create a bright, modern space. The exterior will be finished in Holt’s heritage colours.
Menu items include signature cod and chips made with Green King IPA batter and traditional beef dripping, Kansas City wings, black pudding fritters and homemade sauces such as black garlic mayo. The restaurant will also serve gelato and sorbet with toppings such as caramelised cornflakes, made in collaboration with East Coast Gelato. A dedicated kid’s menu will also be available.
Wines and champagnes from Titchwell Manor supplier Hallgarten Druitt, will be served alongside Eric’s Fish And Chips’ own Session pale ale, exclusively brewed by BrewBoard brewers. Batch cocktails and homemade soft drinks will complete the drinks list.
