The chain is also set to reach its 50th store milestone in Ulster University.
Freshly Chopped has announced that they will be opening 10 stores in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Cyprus and Britain before Christmas as a result of their strategic partnerships BWG Foods, Maxol, the Mount Charles Group, Aramark and Corrib Oil.
They will be in launching in University of Ulster and Donegall Square first. The chain will then be targeting Cyprus, followed by their first store in Britain on December.
“We are delighted to be accelerating our growth across four different markets. Our mission has always been to bring healthy fast food to as many people as possible and we’re proud of our continued momentum. These 10 new stores showcase the success of our growth programme that we have used to continue the revolution in healthy fast food,” Brian Lee, co-founder and managing director of Freshly Chopped, said.
