GBK Temple Bar reopens, gives away 500 cheeseburgers

GBK Temple Bar, the first restaurant completed in Gourmet Burger Kitchen’s €3.5 million refurbishment plan, will reopen in Dublin this Monday, 15th August.

To celebrate, GBK Temple Bar will give away 500 Cheese burgers from midday, this Monday, 15th August on a first come, first served basis. The GBK Cheese Burger is a 100% grass fed Irish beef burger, topped with applewood smoked Irish cheddar cheese served in a glazed sesame topped bun.

The high profile corner site on Temple Bar Square is now a warm, vibrant and welcoming space with bespoke banquettes and retro style laminate tables. Luxury detailing contrasts with industrial raw finishes, for a modern take on the classic burger bar. The restaurant has 48 seats inside, and a terrace seating a further 42 diners.

“These are exciting times for GBK Ireland,” said Ken Gilbride.

“And what better way to celebrate the opening than by giving away hundreds of our most popular burger!”
