Island Poké to open four new London restaurants
It plans to have 23 more restaurants over the next five years.
Island Poké has lined up four new restaurant openings in London, starting with a one on Upper Street in Islington later this month followed by a site in Richmond in October.
The chain also has upcoming venues in Clapham and Notting Hill, set to open in early 2022, as part of its plan to have 23 more restaurants over the next five years.
Island Poké is also aiming to open further 42 restaurants across France and Benelux over the same period.
“We are just beginning to ease out the Pandemic which has been a hugely challenging period for the hospitality sector and these new restaurants show the growing demand for our brand offering,” Island Poké founder James Gould-Porter said.
The company recently signed up its first two UK franchise partners, the first opening in Camden Market in May. Discussions with additional franchisees are underway, which Island Poké says could see additional 50 sites open across the UK.
