Leon's Ireland franchisee secures EUR 3.6m to boost expansion

It intends to raise a further EUR 1m by the end of the year.

The Irish franchise holder of LEON has raised €3.6m from a number of investors, including Tetrarch Capital’s Michael McElligott, to assist in funding its national expansion.

As reported by The Sunday Times, Cibus Concepts is also understood to raise a further €1m by the end-2019.

Other investors to back the company include Jump Juice founder Charlie Scanlon and Kiwi Education director Michael Steel.
