Maki & Ramen to open at Metrocentre's Upper Yellow Mall

The new restaurant spans 7,065 sq. ft. with under 200 covers.

Maki & Ramen is set to open a 7,065 sq. ft. restaurant in Metrocentre’s Upper Yellow Mall.

The chain’s signing at Metrocentre makes the hospitality hub, The Qube, fully let.

With just under 200 covers, the chain will serve a range of Japanese-inspired dishes from its signature Tonkotsu Ramen to sushi.

The Qube, which spans more than 80,000 sq ft and hosts 20 operators, is now fully occupied with a mix of international chains, including Nando’s, Wingstop, and Pizza Express, as well as local independents such as Fattoush.
