Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream launches new outlet in Chinatown
This will be the Filipino ice cream parlour’s second site following their opening in Camden Town.
Shaftesbury has announced that Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream opened a new store in Chinatown, London.
The 315 sq. ft. site features industrial elements such as climbing plants, marble tables and pink velour seating. A wall showcasing art from Filipino communities is also part of the in-store design.
“It is very exciting to welcome Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream to Chinatown London, and judging by the queue, it’s fantastic to see how popular the launch was and the buzz it has already created in this newly developed part of Chinatown London,” Julia Wilkinson, head of Group Restaurant Strategy at Shaftesbury, said.
Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream offers a range of desserts influenced by Eastern flavours, including black coconut and ube (a purple coloured yam), as well as traditional desserts from the Philippines such as Halo Halo.
