Miami’s Coyo Taco to enter UK with Kuvi Hospitality franchise deal

The chain is known for its tortillas, salsas, and Mexican street food.

Miami-born taco chain Coyo Taco has entered into a franchise deal with London-based Kuvi Hospitality to launch the brand in the UK.

Coyo Taco was founded in 2015 in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District by Alan Drummond, Sven Vogtland, and Scott Linquist.

The chain is known for its menu of hand-pressed tortillas, salsas, and Mexican street food.

Beyond food, it also features an intimate mezcal bar with DJs and late-night events.

Today, the brand has expanded internationally to 11 locations, including six in the US, as well as sites in Panama, Portugal, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic.
