Millie’s Cookies opens online factory at Prestwick Airport

A new click and collect service was also launched.

Millie’s Cookies announced its online factory is now open at Prestwick Airport, providing new work opportunities for residents in the Ayrshire area.

Run by SSP UK, the new facility has been developed to “meet growing demand” for Millie’s Cookies from customers and supports the existing Millie’s Cookies online factory in Manchester.

The brand said the number of online orders for the brand’s range of sweet snacks has increased rapidly, with sales of cookies at the Prestwick site having grown by around 200% since it opened in May this year.

A new click and collect service was also launched at the airport, giving customers the opportunity to pick up their online orders directly from Prestwick Airport.
