Papa John's expands in Milton Keynes
More sites are expected to rise in the town.
Papa John's announced its latest store opening in Wolverton.
The new outlet will be run by franchisee Tony Singh, alongside 15 new local staff.
Milton Keynes is also the home of the Papa John’s UK and European Campus as well as Papa John’s fresh pizza dough factory, a state-of-the-art facility which supplies around 400 franchised units across the UK on a daily basis.
“I joined Papa John’s as a franchisee in 2002 and with the help of my managers, currently run 12 Papa John’s stores in London and around Milton Keynes, with plans to open two more next year. The new Wolverton store is a great location for us as we can now respond to demand more easily to the North of Milton Keynes," Tony Singh said.
“In relation to the Wolverton opening, I was able to take advantage of Papa John’s special incentive scheme for franchisees opening-up which included a free pizza oven. This backing from Papa John’s is really useful when starting a new store. Over the years it’s true to say it’s been hard work but worth it to build the portfolio of stores I now have.”
