Patty & Bun to open two further London sites
It is set to launch in Borough High Street and within the Television Centre in White City.
The first site will be located at 19 Borough High Street and will feature a 1,500 square feet unit opposite Borough Market and nearby London Bridge Station. Due to open in May, it will be the first ever Patty & Bun site to offer a breakfast menu, available from Monday to Friday.
The ground floor level will be focused on a quick service take-away style with no seating. The lower floor, with high ceilings and exposed brick walls, will provide a dine-in experience for customers featuring a bar and a large open-kitchen.
In addition to the Borough High Street site, it has secured a 2,000 square feet ground floor unit within the new Television Centre development in White City. The two new additions bring the brand’s total number of London locations to 10.
Patty & Bun founder Joe Grossman said, “Once again Shelley Sandzer has delivered on a couple of great locations that will suit Patty & Bun perfectly. Having worked together to secure all of the Patty & Bun units, the team fully understand what our brand is about and make the process of growing our presence in the capital and across the UK a great experience.”
