Paul Bakery hands over first UK franchise
The franchise will be given to Graham and Matthew Allan.
Paul Bakery will hand over its first UK franchise rights to father-and-son hospitality duo Graham and Matthew Allan.
The two plans to make the Oxford store the first of many spaces across the southeast, with 10 additional stores planned for the next decade.
Matthew has worked in hospitality for the past 18 years whilst Graham has enjoyed a successful executive career with large international restaurants and retail companies, including Yum Brands, franchisor of brands such as KFC and Taco Bell.
