
PAUL opens new bakery in Grand Central
PAUL launched a new store in Grand Central, Birmingham.
The Birmingham store is the third regional opening outside of London and it is open seven days a week for commuters, and shoppers.
The store offers an assortment of hand-made tarts, tartelettes, cakes and pastries, from butter croissants, brioche, or traditional Canelé pastry from Bordeaux.
PAUL’s array of gourmet baguettes and salads made fresh on site every day are also available. Baguette options include: simple mozzarella and tomatoes with basil pesto on olive bread; classic tuna mayonnaise with fresh tomatoes and lettuce on Ancien bread and Coppa ham, Comté cheese, tomatoes, olive paste and salad leaves on poppy seed bread.
Salad options include: Salade Fermiere with sliced chicken breast, Salade Rôti de Boeuf with sliced roast beef, cherry tomatoes, gherkins, sliced radish, grated carrots, watercress & Batavia salad; a traditional Tuna Niçoise or Emmental cheese, green apple, raisins, walnuts, carrots and mixed lettuce.
