PAUL set to open second restaurant
The bakery and pâtisserie brand announced that it will open its second London restaurant in Tower 42 this September.
Located on the ground level of the tower, the brand said that the new 4,144 square-foot site will be larger than its first one.
Jean-Michel Orieux, CEO of PAUL UK said, “PAUL has a really strong brand identity based on core family principles that symbolise authentic French tradition. We are excited about expanding our restaurant portfolio across London and look forward to welcoming new and existing customers to our PAUL Restaurant in Tower 42.”
Le Restaurant de PAUL Tower 42 will be offering breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and sharing platters using produce from artisan French cheesemongers and the Queen’s butcher Donald Russell.
The menu will include: Coq au Vin; Entrecôte á la Bordelaise; Cotelettes d’Agneau and Haddock Fumé au Pistou. New menu additions will serve a breakfast range of freshly blended fruit and vegetable smoothies and multigrain tartines; a selection of French gourmet burgers; rotisserie chicken salad and regional Plats du Jour specials.
In the bakery, PAUL’s signature selection of pâtisserie, viennoiserie, artisan breads, celebration cakes, gourmet salads and sandwiches will also be available with a range of hot and cold beverages.
Le Restaurant de PAUL at Tower 42 will be open from 6.30am to 11pm Monday to Friday but will be closed at weekends.
