Purezza opens first London restaurant
This is the vegan pizzeria's second site.
Brighton-based Purezza has officially opened its first London restaurant in Camden, where they will feature an entirely vegan menu. The new plant-based pizzeria seats 100 diners and will operate on two floors.
Aside from their wholegrain sourdough pizzas, the Italian restaurant also serves a selection of pasta dishes alongside antipasti and sides. They are also offering soya-free, nut-free and gluten-free menu items for customers.
“London is a hub for both great food and innovation, meaning a London-based Purezza has always been an ambition of ours. We are at the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what we can create with plants, and we look forward to having London join us on the journey to see where things can develop next,” Purezza co-founder Stefania Evangelisti said.
Operating since November 2015, Purezza also said they have "aggressive" expansion plans and are currently seeking investment to grow into further cities around the UK.
