American burger chain Shake Shack has announced it will open its eleventh UK site in London’s Gatwick Airport this autumn.
Shake Shack at Gatwick is set to be operated by The Restaurant Group (TRG) Concessions, known primarily for running Costa coffee bars, Frankie and Benny’s diners, and Comptoir Libanais.
Last May saw the chain opening its latest site at intu Lakeside.
