Street food organisation KERB to launch seven concepts at Seven Dials Market

These brands will offer vegan tacos, botanical and seasonal sodas and steamed bun items.

Street Food organisation KERB will launch seven new outlets at Seven Dials Market in London in September, which includes brands such as Club Mexicana, Yum Bun, INK, Square Root and Rice Guys.

Club Mexicana will offer vegan products such as its signature tacos, beer-battered tofish, jackfruit carnitas and annatto glazed tempeh, whilst Yum Bun will feature steamed bun offerings. Rice Guys is a modern-Chinese rice bowls concept, and lastly, Square Root will bring its botanical and seasonal sodas.

“We are excited to reveal the first group of Seven Dials Market traders, especially given the history we share and having worked together since they all first hatched. Seven Dials Market is our next step in driving forward this industry and giving our street food start-ups a whole new platform on which to thrive,” said KERB founder, Petra Barran.
