Sushi Daily unveils first brick-and-mortar store in London
The new site is launched in collaboration with restaurateur Silla Bjerrum.
Sushi has launched their first permanent site in New Oxford Street, following their chains of kiosks across Europe.
In collaboration with restaurateur Silla Bjerrum, the store offers varieties of sushi, bowls, rolls and desserts such as Maki Salmon, Cabbage salad, Wakame salad, and gyoza.
“I’ve always enjoyed new challenges, and it feels like it’s the right time to open a high street location after the success of the kiosks,” Sushi Daily’s co-founder Kelly Choi said. “I’m delighted to be working with Silla as she is a passionate artist when it comes to her technique, and we are completely aligned in our business approach.”
Sushi Daily is a kiosk chain over 700 sites located across 10 countries in Europe, located in supermarkets and travel hubs.
