Swiss Butter brings its steak frites concept to Paris
Main courses at the Paris restaurant will be priced at €19.95.
The steak frites brand Swiss Butter is set to open its first restaurant in Paris in June, bringing its total number of international locations to 21.
The restaurant is located at 13 Rue du Faubourg Montmartre, 75009 Paris.
The chain was founded by restaurateur Eddy Massaad and operates with a limited menu focused on steak frites served with its proprietary butter-based sauce.
In addition to steak, customers can choose chicken or salmon, following the same operating model used across the brand's locations in Europe and the Middle East.
Main courses at the Paris restaurant will be priced at €19.95.
The company has maintained the same pricing structure across its markets since launching its first restaurant in 2017.
The Paris opening comes amidst renewed consumer interest in steak frites, a trend that has gained visibility on social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
