Taco Bell eyes London comeback

The fast food giant has reportedly agreed to a number of franchisees to open sites before the end of the year.

Mexican fast-food chain Taco Bell has confirmed their plans to return to London for the first time since the nineties, The Evening Standard has reported.

Taco Bell is said to have agreed for a number of franchisees to open restaurants in Hammersmith, Fulham Broadway and Holborn before the end of the year.

A representive of Taco Bell also confirmed to QSR Media that "there are plans for growth into London."

The deals come around twenty years after the fast food brand exited sites in Earl’s Court and Leicester Square.
