Taco Bell to open 47th UK site in Wimbledon

This is also the chain’s first restaurant in the town.

Taco Bell is opening a new restaurant in Wimbledon on 21 September, the company said in an announcement.

Located on The Broadway, the 73-seat restaurant is the 47th UK location from the Mexican-inspired chain. It will also be offering home delivery and click and collect.

“We’ve had our eye on a potential restaurant in Wimbledon for a while, and we know we’ve got plenty of fans in the area who we’re looking forward to welcoming through our doors,” Taco Bell UK marketing director Lucy Dee said.

Raja Adil, CEO of The Adil Group, which serves as the franchisee for the restaurant, added: “I am absolutely delighted to land such a great location in the heart of Wimbledon, it is very exciting for the Adil group. We are aiming to open many more sites around London.”
