Tim Hortons to launch first UK drive thru in Manchester
The Bury New Road restaurant is the first Tim Hortons in England.
It will also be the first of several openings in the Manchester area over the next month, with full details to be revealed in due course. The Bury New Road restaurant will also feature a regional training academy.
Tim Hortons UK chief finance and commercial officer Kevin Hydes said, “The Tim Hortons Drive Thru is a major part of Canadian culture, and we think the UK is going to love our great tasting coffee and quality food, served quickly and with a smile. The buzz around our recent Glasgow and Cardiff openings was phenomenal, and we couldn’t be more excited to open our first Drive Thru, and our first restaurant in England.”
The expansion is expected to bring more job opportunities to Manchester.
