Vital Ingredient opens 20th store

The new store is on Petty France near Victoria.

'We are excited by the new opening,' Managing Director Paolo Peretti said.

'We've had a lot of success with our two new stores since LDC and Santander's investment, and although opening in winter presents different challenges, we are confident that the prime location and concentration of businesses in the area will mean promising sales from the off. It's great to think there are now 20 Vitals, and I look forward to seeing 20 more.'

Founded in 2001 by entrepreneur Alex Heynes, Vital’s offer focuses on healthy create-your-own salads and hot dishes, smoothies and other grab and go options, as well as a new freshly cooked breakfast range. The group now employs over 250 staff, with the Petty France site soft-opening on 26th October.
