The brand announced a multi-restaurant franchise deal with Percassi Food & Beverage, the holding of Percassi active in the food and beverage industry.
Following the announcement, Wagamama is set to open a new store in Milan later this year with more outlets across Italy to follow.
The new Italian Wagamama brings the number of territories in the Wagamama family to 19 with restaurants as far afield as Bahrain, Sweden, New Zealand and Greece.
