Wolf Italian Street Food to launch Nottingham outlet
It will be its eight location following Chiswick, Wembley, Reading, Manchester and Leeds.
Street food chain Wolf Italian Street Food will open its next franchise in Nottingham, appointing Fraser Brown Solicitors as its advisor on the roll out of franchise documentation and securing the lease for franchisee Ehsan Shammasizadeh.
The 55-seater venue is slated to launch at 34 Market Street, serving dishes such as avocado breakfast dishes and pastries and build-your-own-lunchtime dishes including the ‘piada’, Wolf’s signature flatbread with a choice of marinated protein, Italian sauces, deli toppings and salad.
“Its Market Street location is ideal for reaching city residents, visitors and the student population and the building itself is built to accommodate not only those looking for all-day eating occasions but also for evening events such as open mic nights and talent shows,” Ehsan Shammasizadeh, franchisee of Wolf Italian Street Food in Nottingham, said.
The venue will be based in the historic listed Market Street building spanning 1,972 sqft across two storeys which was previously home to Graham Hill Menswear.
It will be the latest addition to Wolf’s seven existing UK sites in Chiswick, Wembley, Reading, Manchester and Leeds.
