Coffee chain Paddy & Scott’s names new investor and advisor

This news comes as Paddy & Scott’snamed Simon Rees as an investor.

Paddy & Scott’s Coffee Company has tapped entrepreneur Phil Morris as an investor and adviser.

Morris, started his career in accountancy directly after his schooling in Bury St Edmunds.He was previously a Chartered Accountant in his mid-20s. At age 30, Phil took on his first board role, helping grow a business from a £30m turnover to over £500m in just eight years.

This news comes as Paddy & Scott named Simon Rees as an investor.

Paddy & Scott’s Coffee was founded by Paddy Bishopp and Scott Russel in 2007. Bishop exited the business in 2016. Early 2024, the coffee chain’s senior management team bought the brand from Russell.
